Half-Body Commission

Terms of Service
Before commissioning me, please make sure to carefully read through my terms of service to avoid any conflict.

CONTENT BOUNDARIES:I refuse to draw anything suggestive that includes minors, whether they’re underage by age or appearance.
I’m fine with NSFW and sexually suggestive pieces, but I do not draw anything explicit involving teenagers or children.
UPDATES ON PROGRESS:I will provide 3 updates throughout the process of completing your piece. Each of them will be sent to you through the method of communication you chose on the commission form.1ST UPDATE:
Once the commission has been received, I will send you a rough draft of composition and general posing of the character(s). During this phase, revisions and requests are allowed and encouraged.
Please do note though that I reserve the right to refuse revisions once a reasonable number of changes have been surpassed.2ND UPDATE:
Once the lineart and base colour are done, I will update you once again. Revisions are allowed during this phase, same conditions as above apply.3RD UPDATE:
The third and final update includes the finished art piece with a watermark.
This phase is reserved for final adjustments concerning lighting or background, and I will not accept requests for fundamental changes in pose/composition/base colour anymore.
PAYMENT:As of right now, I can only accept direct bank transfer, meaning once you’ve approved the 3rd update provided to you, I’ll share my bank account details with you, and you can pay me the agreed upon amount.
As soon as I’ve received the payment, I will send you the piece without the watermark and the commission will be considered completed.
Should there be any issues with payment, please feel free to contact me and we’ll figure something out together :)
PRICING:Prices are listed in my carrd as well as in the commission form directly and may only be adjusted if the nature of the commission requires it.
Any changes to pricing will be discussed thoroughly before becoming effective.
COPYRIGHT:Once the commission is complete, you own the piece – that's basically it. Feel free to use it as you see fit, which does include commercial work.
The only right I reserve is that of being the creator – should you be asked for the creator of any piece commissioned from me, I will require you to honestly name me as the original artist behind the piece.
Anything else is in your own hands~
POSTING/SHOWCASING YOUR COMMISSION:I do, however, reserve the right to showcase any commission of the “Fanart” variety (that is, characters from pre-existing franchises and mediums) on my social media channels as well as portfolio should I so desire. If you’d like me to name you as the commissioner, please do tell me – otherwise, I will mention that it was commissioned, but I will not mention the customer by name.
Art of the “Original Character” category will only be posted by me if the customer explicitly states I may do so.
